About Lyric Yoga and Wellness

Lyric offers programs for the whole family.  In addition to yoga classes for adults and more specialized classes such as prenatal yoga and yoga for kids, we offer a range of classes and workshops at the Lyric studio and out in the community that strive to foster greater awareness, communication, and well-being.  We believe in the expression of the self; we believe that the self is connected to all living things.  There is a power in this connection -- the power to make a difference.  Create change in yourself and in the world around you.
