Infant Workshops
At Lyric, we believe that investing in our future begins with taking care of our little ones!  Our workshops offer new parents tool to help them provide a safe and nurturing envionment for their babies. These workshops are taught by Sharon A. Discorfano.

Infant Massage
Infant Massage is a wonderful way to positively affect your baby’s health and create a bonding experience between you.  Massage benefits include increases in muscle tone and restful sleep, relief from colic and gas, and improved digestion.  Pre-register today by emailing us at info@lyricyoga.com, or calling the studio and leaving a message with your name and contact information. This workshop occurs in two sessions, limited to 5 infants per workshop. $40 person for two sessions ($60 for a couple enrolling together).

Infant CPR
For parents and primary care-givers, this workshop provides instruction in the administering CPR to infants.  Topics covered include Basic Life Support, Choking Intervention and Preventing SIDS. Babies are not required for this workshop, but feel free to bring along your tot if you can't find a babysitter! Pre-register today by emailing us at info@lyricyoga.com, or calling the studio and leaving a message with your name and contact information! $25/person ($40 for a couple enrolling together).
