Mat Pilates (Beginner/Intermediate)

Strengthen your core by adding this class to your personal wellness plan!  Pilates mat work is a series of exercises done with flow of movement. Develop your strength and flexibility of the body by focusing on the core muscle groups-particularly the back, chest, abdomen and buttocks --  to create long, lean muscles and graceful and efficient motions. Pilates helps with balance, relieves lower back pain and helps understand body awareness in our posture and daily living.
