Celebrating the Yogini in Bloom

During this sacred time of creation, what better way to ensure your health and the health of your baby than to dedicate time to a yoga practice that celebrates the life within you!  Prenatal Yoga will help you stay fit as well as develop a greater awareness of your own breath and the spirit within.  Learning to breathe as you gently stretch and strengthen will help make your pregnancy the ultimate experience, will better prepare you for your birthing experience, and will facilitate your recovery so that you will be ready for the adventure that awaits you…

Benefits of Prenatal Yoga

 Whether you have enjoyed a regular yoga practice for years or have never been to a yoga class before, prenatal yoga classes have something to offer every yogini in bloom!  Prenatal Yoga is offered on Saturday mornings; during the week, Yoga for Women classes are recommended.  Weekly classses are ongoing, no pre-registration required.  Just come about 10 minutes before class is scheduled to begin.
