Yoga at Your Workplace
We can provide qualified and professional instructors suited for the work environment. Our on-site classes are based in Hatha Yoga. The structure of the class incorporates a few minutes of centering/meditation, and then asana (postures and movement), pranayama (breathwork) and relaxation. Emphasis is on proper alignment and technique in order to develop a safe and appropriate practice. The classes are beneficial to all levels, even those with no previous yoga experience. Our focus is on increasing strength and flexibility, creating and maintaining a healthy spine and healthy joints, and stress reduction.
Rates: $95/weekly class of 45-60 minutes (maximum 15 students), 8-week commitment required.
Lyric Corporate Partnership
As a partner with Lyric Yoga and Wellness, you can make yoga classes and workshops held at the Lyric Studio available to your employees at a discount.
