Pre-register Now! Sun Salutations Workshop with Alysa
February 21st, 12:00-2:00pm. During the winter months a warming and dynamic practice that incorporates Sun Salutations is a wonderful way to stay balanced and beat the winter blahs. Uplifting and cleansing! If you are new to yoga or would like to challenge yourself, this series will teach the basics of Sun Salutation, as well modifications and more advanced poses to add a bit of playfulness to your practice. Cost: $25

Coming in March! Opening the Lotus (Yin Yoga Workshop) with Tom
March 14th, 2:00-4:00. Yin Yoga ia a practice of deepening into postures and holding as you allow the connective tissue to gradually stretch and the pranic energy to flow. It is a nourishing and meditative practice. Open to all levels. Pre-registration required.
